Todo so, type Programs on the search bar and select Programs and Features from the suggestions. Check for the application under Installed Programs. If the program is listed there, I suggest you to double click and uninstall the program and try reinstalling it on the Computer using the setup file.
Iam having this new issue where i am trying to install illustrator and it is not working. The weird thing is, it says it is installing and but i don't see proof anywhere it did and I can't find the app. My creative cloud update has stalled at updating at 33% and i am not sure what to do as I keep going in circles. any help would be much
